Are you a marketing professional from within the clinical research space?  Our client is looking to recruit an Associate Director, Marketing to deliver the marketing strategy by creating the organisation’s internal marketing department and supporting the delivery of a global brand.

This role requires an individual who will work globally to raise brand awareness

To be considered for this role, it is essential that you have CRO experience.

 

The role:

  • Operational marketing support to implement and deliver our marketing plan
  • Engaging with key stakeholders across the group in developing, implementing and delivering the internal employee communications strategy
  • Supporting corporate communications activities including social media and website content management
  • Lead the planning and activities for events including conferences and industry events
  • Manage and deliver internal communication activity
  • Develop metrics and ROI
  • Leading the production of marketing collateral and materials

The person:

  • Have demonstrable experience in developing and executing effective, sales supporting marketing campaigns within the clinical research sector
  • Have broad marketing skills across Campaign management, PR, Copy Writing, Social Media, and Events
  • Excellent interpersonal and team leadership skills
  • Commercial writing skills
  • Thinking, problem solving, initiative and follow through and communication skills
  • Demonstrable understanding of managing and prioritising workloads in a dynamic environment
  • Be of degree calibre
