Zest Scientific Sales Recruitment is partnered with a US manufacturer of Laboratory Instrumentation in order to identify an accomplished Scientific Sales Specialist who can effectively manage their European Channel Partners. Working closely with European Distributors you will promote a portfolio of lab instrumentation, delivering customer demos and providing technical expertise supporting the respective Territory / Account Managers in a way which incentivises Channel Partners to proactively promote the product lines.
This is a European role, primarily focussing on the German, French and BENELUX markets. The successful candidate will be tasked to identify potential business opportunities, consult with end users and deliver technical sales demos. You will additionally develop relationships with Channel Partners at a local level, provide training and additional technical support which generates ‘buy in’ and increases the likelihood of the respective distributors actively promoting the product lines. Effective time management, planning and organisational skills are essential.
This role represents an excellent opportunity for a Scientific Sales Specialist who is actively pursuing new career opportunities and is seeking a change from the traditional Territory / Account Management roles. Previous experience managing Channel Partners or experience forged representing a distributor is highly desirable. Demonstrable success promoting Scientific Equipment is advantageous although we will also consider candidates from a Laboratory Consumables background.
