Regional Sales Director
We are looking to identify an experienced and driven Sales Director to lead a team of Sales Managers across the UK for a world leading drug development organisation.
We require a tenacious Sales Director from the drug development sector who has a proven track record of managing sales teams and delivering excellent sales figures.

In brief, The Regional Sales Director will have responsibility for planning the field sales strategy for the UK, leading the field sales team to deliver plans.
To be considered for this key role, you must have a successful background in managing Field Sales teams within a pharmaceutical, drug development or contract service organisation.
You will have skills in performance management, budgeting and sales forecasting plus sales process knowledge.
You will have exceptional communication skills coupled with people management skills of a very high standard
