A Typical Working Day
>Client / Candidate Contact
You'll be expected to have extensive interaction with both clients and candidates. We're a people business and relationships are at the heart of what we do. You'll need to demonstrate a high degree of empathy and an ability to develop rapport. Communication will be through a mixture of channels ranging from face-to-face meetings to messaging on Social Media.
You are expected to be an expert in your field and it takes time to develop this level of market insight. You will work alongside a highly experienced team who will provide guidance; you will also independently research your sector tapping into channels which provide high level market intelligence.
Long gone are the days when the only exposure a Recruiter had to marketing was writing a job advert. As an industry voice we want you to strategically think about the content you create, how it engages with your audience and its impact. It's a fantastic opportunity to tap into your inner Don Draper.
