Zest Scientific is currently recruiting Marketing and Brand Management professionals for one of the most recognisable names in the pharmaceutical sector, boasting an enviable portfolio across its impressive therapeutic range.

As a marketing or brand professional, you will be at the forefront of transforming patient care through strategic marketing initiatives. You will be tasked with planning, developing, and implementing marketing strategies for a designated disease area, playing a pivotal role in enhancing the reach and impact of pharmaceutical innovations. Your mission is to ensure that groundbreaking medicines are delivered swiftly to those who need them, leveraging a mix of traditional and digital marketing channels to achieve this goal.

The candidate:

  • Strong background in pharmaceutical marketing, with a proven track record of strategic planning and execution.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to inspire, influence, and engage stakeholders.
  • Proficiency in analyzing data to inform strategic decisions, alongside expertise in content creation, management, and omnichannel campaign execution.
  • A solid understanding of the ABPI code, ensuring all marketing activities meet the highest ethical standards.
  • Technical proficiency in key systems, including Veeva Promomats, CRM/Salesforce, and Tableau.

The role:

  • Lead the creation and execution of comprehensive marketing plans to maximize the business potential within a key therapy area or areas.
  • Forge strong relationships with key stakeholders, understanding their challenges to generate insights and co-create solutions.
  • Bring a spirit of innovation to address customer challenges, driving for better patient outcomes through creative marketing solutions.
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams and contribute to the Marketing team’s collective learning and development, sharing your expertise and insights.
