Zest Scientific are supporting an AI-led digital health company with real momentum to hire a Head of Clinical Deployment.
This is a key early hire. You’ll build their deployment strategy from the ground up - first across the NHS, private and research settings in the UK, then into international markets, starting with the US.
The Company
They’ve built a platform that lets health innovators turn evidence-based ideas into real digital health programmes, without needing to code. It works like a set of building blocks - one regulated platform that can be shaped around very different conditions, pathways and populations. Behind it is a blend of behavioural science, clinical expertise, technology and user-centred design, all built to meet the highest standards of quality and compliance.
And there’s real momentum. The founder has done this before, having previously scaled a digital health programme nationally across the NHS. The business was recently selected for a major global AI-in-healthcare accelerator, has strong research and NHS partnerships, and is backed by senior advisers from global healthcare.
The next chapter, AI-enabled products and international expansion, is just getting started.
The Role
- Lead the deployment of regulated digital health programmes into live NHS, private and research settings
- Make each programme fit real clinical workflows, from referral and onboarding to escalation
- Own go-lives end to end: site readiness, training, launch and early issue resolution
- Drive patient and clinician adoption using engagement, retention and outcome data
- Ensure safe delivery alongside clinical and regulatory colleagues
- Build a repeatable deployment playbook for new programmes, sites and countries
The Person We’re Looking For
- A proven track record of taking digital health products live in the UK, ideally within the NHS
- Experience building implementation processes from scratch, not just following them
- An understanding of clinical safety and regulated digital health (e.g. DCB0129/0160, DTAC, SaMD)
- Confident using data to improve uptake and outcomes after launch
- Comfortable in a lean, fast-moving early-stage business
- A clinical background, or experience in women’s health or behavioural programmes, would be a bonus
